To place your order from our website you need to complete the cart by adding the items you wish to purchase. Then proceed to checkout. Shipping costs will be charged.
Through the postal system, or private courier (EU Only), we deliver our products worldwide. Please be careful of ordering in agreement with your country’s law in terms of imports. We ship our products from the UK, Italy and Spain.
According to our statistics, more than 98% of our parcels reach the destination safely. Ordinary shipping (4-6 working days) is suitable for all orders although tracked and signed is usually recommended to feel safer and track your parcel throughout the delivery process. The fastest and safest solution is the express courier (2-4 days; EU-only).
Yes, we offer 100% refund in case of dead material upon reception. If the percentage of eggs hatched is more than 50% of the batch, this is usually considered good enough to be paid. If the products you ordered are compromised, please let us know within 48h from parcel reception. Claims received 48h after reception may not be accepted.
We accept payments through Paypal, credit/debit card or bank transfer. You can select the preferred payment gateway in the checkout. Prices are expressed in € (EUR).
Our products are located in different facilities, based in different EU countries. If you are ordering products that came from different countries, multiple parcels will be sent out. Shipping charges are calculated individually for any country/parcel. This is the reason why you may see multiple parcels and shipping options in your checkout. The system calculates the total cost autonomously, just choose the shipping method you prefer. If you combine items from 1 single country, you will pay 1 single shipping.
