educational, scientific, artistic and collectible items.
All products are intended exclusively for lawful purposes, including scientific, educational, artistic, exhibition, decorative or private collection use.
4. Live Insects – Specific Terms
When purchasing live insects, the User acknowledges and agrees that:
live insects are living organisms subject to natural biological variability;
survival during transport cannot be guaranteed beyond reasonable professional and industry standards;
environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, handling and customs delays may affect viability.
The User is solely responsible for:
ensuring adequate facilities, care and environmental conditions upon delivery;
verifying that possession, importation and keeping of live insects is lawful in their jurisdiction.
No refunds or replacements shall be granted for losses resulting from improper handling, unsuitable environmental conditions, customs delays, force majeure events or non-compliance with local regulations.
Any issue concerning live insects, including but not limited to non-hatching, premature hatching, mortality or reduced viability, must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
Where reasonably possible, the User is required to provide clear photographic evidence of the condition of the products upon arrival.
Claims submitted after this timeframe, or without sufficient information to allow verification, may not be accepted.
5. Non-Living Specimens
Non-living specimens are sold as collectible, artistic or scientific items.
Minor natural imperfections, variations in colour or size, and changes resulting from preservation processes are inherent characteristics of biological material and do not constitute defects.
6. CITES, Wildlife and Legal Compliance
Certain species may be subject to:
CITES regulations;
EU Wildlife Trade Regulations;
national or local wildlife and customs laws.
Where applicable, products will be supplied with the legally required documentation.
The User is solely responsible for:
verifying the legality of importation, possession and use in their country;

The Owner shall not be held liable for seizures, confiscations, delays or legal consequences arising from the User’s failure to comply with applicable laws.
7. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Owner and shall be considered binding only after order confirmation and receipt of payment.
The Owner reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving legal restrictions, product unavailability, incomplete or inaccurate information, or compliance concerns.
8. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Website and do not include shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be modified at any time without prior notice.
Accepted payment methods are those made available on the Website at checkout.
9. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss or damage passes to the User upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
10. Returns, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Due to the nature of biological products:
live insects are excluded from the right of withdrawal, where permitted by law;
non-living specimens may be returned only in the event of defective or incorrect items, subject to verification.
Any claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery in the case of live insects, and within a reasonable time for non-living specimens.
