Papilio rumanzovia, also know as the scarlet Mormon or the red Mormon, is a large butterfly of the Papilionidae family, it’s wingspan can reach 14cm. The species is very attractive for it’s red color and is perfect for exhibits. Adults can be reared in breeding cages or either in greenhouses. The handpairing technique can be performed to obtain fertile eggs.
